The doctor tells Hina that Kainaat is pregnant. Dua comes home and asks Ruhaan to tell the truth to the family. Dua tries to reason with Haider to get Kainaat’s marriage fixed with Hafeez. Haider ends up firing the gun. Dadi saves Dua but gets hurt seeing Haider’s changed attitude.
Friday 2nd September 2024
Gazal asks Hina to get Kainaat’s abortion done, and Ravi overhears them. Hina takes Ravi’s place in the bedroom, and Ruhaan tells Dua that Ravi is safe. Gazal lies to Haider about Kainaat.
Saturday 3rd September 2024
Dua calls Haider for help, but he speaks rudely with her. Later, Dadi learns about Kainaat’s pregnancy. Dua slaps Hafeez and leaves the house to stop Kainaat’s abortion.
Sunday 4th September 2024
The doctor tells Gazal that he cannot perform the abortion without Kainaat’s consent. Later, Dua’s car gets a puncture. Dua and Hafeez arrive at the hospital. Dua stops Kainaat’s abortion and slaps Gazal and Gulnaaz, who argue with her.
Monday 5th September 2024
Hamida brings a few media personnel and reveals Hina, Gazal, and Gulnaaz’s antics in front of everyone. The people start beating the trio. Dua stops the women from doing the same to Haider and Kainaat. Dua leaves for Akhtar Manzil with Haider to save Dadi and Ravi. Dua and Haider reach home and look for Ravi and Dadi.
Tuesday 6th September 2024
They get shocked seeing their condition. Rahaat slaps Hina and Gulnaaz for their actions and apologizes to Dua. Later, she hugs Rahat. Rahaat gets upset thinking about the past. Hina tries to attack Dua fatally. Rahaat looks after Dua’s wounds.
Wednesday 7th September 2024
Later, Dua calls Hina weak and says that Haider only loves her. Gazal intervenes, and Dua slaps her. Haider defends Dua. Ruhaan comes home and says that he will tell the truth. Ruhaan cuts off ties with Gulnaaz and tells everyone that Gazal and Gulnaaz are in cahoots. The family is shocked by his revelation.

Gulnaaz slaps Gazal for falsely accusing Ruhaan. Hina supports Gazal, and Rahat decides to divorce her. Dadi discloses to everyone that Gazal pushed her down the stairs.
Friday 9th September 2024
Haider reveals how Gazal had forced him into marrying her and decides to oust Gazal from the house. Ruhaan brings Azaj in front of everyone, and he admits that he kidnapped Ruhaan at Gazal’s behest. Haider gets enraged at Hina for threatening Dua. Gazal sheds crocodile tears in front of Hina.

Haider declares his decision to divorce Gazal. Ruhaan tries to throttle Gazal, who hurls an accusation against him. Later, Gazal tells Haider not to divorce her and threatens to send him to jail. The Akhtars decide to testify against Gazal, which leaves her scared. Haider agrees to save Gazal but puts forth a condition for it.

However, Hamida forgives Haider. Later, Haider and Dua spend some romantic moments together. Later, everyone asks Hamida to accept Kainaat for Hafeez. When Gazal asks Hina for help, she slaps Gazal.

Later, Hina tries to oust Gazal from the house, and she slaps her. Dua then urges everyone to look for Hina. Later, Hina manages to come out.

Gazal puts on an act. Later, everyone receives a voice message from Hina’s number, and they find her lying outside the house. Hina’s state breaks Dua’s heart. As Gazal feigns concern for Hina, Dua tries to throttle her. Later, Dua prays for Hina.
Wednesday 14th September 2024
Gazal misleads the police by lying to them. The people of the hospital side with Gazal. An infuriated Ruhaan strangles Gazal in front of the police. Gazal accuses Dua of trying to kill Hina and presents proof. However, she soon stops breathing, and Dua gets upset with her. Later, Gazal worries about Hina regaining consciousness.

Hina is declared to be out of danger. Dua suspects Gazal and devises a plan. Gazal and Aizaz hide from Dua and her henchmen. Dua instructs Ruhaan to keep an eye on Gazal and goes home with Ravi and Hafeez to find evidence.
Friday 16th September 2024
To learn about Hina’s life, Gazal adds poison to her food, and that’s when Gulnaaz arrives. The Akhtars regain consciousness, and Dua tells them about Gazal’s misdeeds. The doctor summons cops, which scares Gazal. The Akhtars fall unconscious after having the tea spiked by Gazal. Later, Gazal executes her ploy to kill Hina.
Saturday 17th September 2024
Dua tells the family that Gazal had pushed Hina out of the window. When Hina regains consciousness, Haider asks her about the culprit. Gazal executes her plan, and Dr. Akhtar informs the family about Hina’s condition.
Sunday 18th September 2024
Dua is bewildered to discover that Hina’s memory is lost due to a head injury. In response to Gazal’s provocation, Hina provides testimony against Dua. Gazal asks the police to arrest her.
Monday 19th September 2024
Dua then consoles Haider, and the Inspector arrests her. Later, Gazal gets Ruhaan arrested as well. Hameeda learns about Dua’s arrest and decides to kill Gazal. Later, the media people threaten Ruhaan.
Tuesday 20th September 2024
Livid, Gazal comes to the Akhtar house and tries to meet Hina. However, the family threatens to kill her. The Akhtars pretend to kill Gazal. Hamida, Gulnaaz, and Dadi thrash Gazal to make her confess the truth. Gazal fears that the family might learn about Hina’s illness. Haider ousts Gazal from the house.

Haider and Dua meet the doctor, who tells them that Gazal had asked him to hide the truth about Hina’s health and informs them about Hina’s illness. Haider talks to the family about Hina’s illness and later hands Gazal the divorce papers. Elsewhere, Hina slaps Dua.
Thursday 22nd September 2024
Haider then promises her that he will not oust Gazal from the house. Later, Hina thrashes Gazal to teach her a lesson. Haider supports Gazal in front of Hina, but later gives a warning to Gazal. The doctor advises the family to keep Hina happy. The family decides to get Hafeez and Kainaat married. Dua shows Gazal the CCTV cameras installed in the house and warns her.

Hina agrees to their relationship and, in return, demands to get Haider and Dua divorced. Dua signs the divorce papers. Later, she tries to steal Dua’s medical reports, but the family enters Dua’s room at the same time. Gazal then puts on an act in front of everyone.

Gazal comes up with a plan to get Dua’s reports. Later, Dua gets stressed as she doesn’t find her reports. Gazal calls Dua’s doctor and vows to give the family an heir. Haider books an appointment for Dua. On hearing Dua and Haider’s conversation, Hina happily declares that they are going to become parents soon. As per her plan, Dua goes to the hospital.

Gazal, dressed in a burqa, meets the doctor and tells him that she is Dua. Haider and Dua enter the doctor’s cabin, and Gazal gets scared. Ruhaan and Noor ask Hafiz and Kainaat to dance, and the family members tease them. Gazal plans to become the mother of Haider’s child.

Dua doubts Gazal’s intentions and urges Haider to expel her. Dua and Haider get ready for their wedding. Gazal sets out for the hospital. Gazal searches for Khalid in the hospital and then saves Haider’s IVF sample from being destroyed. Haider and Dua tell their plan to everyone.
