“The biggest mistake I’ve seen is when people spend a lot of money on expensive skincare and don’t do two expensive things that make your skin beautiful”, she said in a video posted to TikTok.

Adriana explained that she has tried to use expensive skincare products in the past, but they didn’t respond very well to her skin.

“I stick with what works for me”, she said.

SPF

Adriana makes sure to wear factor 50 suncream on her face and neck every day.

Sun damage is the leading cause of premature skin ageing, and can also lead to skin cancer, so it is vital to wear SPF every day.

You can pick up suncream for as little as £4 from Boots.

Water

Adriana said that she drinks around two to three litres of water a day.

She said she drinks half a litre before breakfast, one litre at lunch and then two glasses after she comes home from work.

Drinking water helps skin to maintain moisture and elasticity, which can reduce wrinkles and signs of premature ageing.

The mum of one added that she also makes sure to use a good cleanser and moisturiser.

Adriana’s (@lil.icons) video has likely left many people impressed, as it has racked up over 106,000 views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on the tips.

One person said: “That’s my exact routine too.”
