(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Northbound I-25 has reopened in Pueblo after an RV towing a trailer was involved in a crash that closed the interstate for several hours.

Shortly after 10 p.m., PPD said I-25 had reopened, more than two hours after the initial closure at McCulley Avenue. PPD said an RV towing a vehicle on a trailer was involved in the crash, though no additional information was available on the crash or any injuries.

Northbound lanes of I-25 are closed in Pueblo due to a crash, according to the Pueblo Police Department (PPD).

PPD posted shortly after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28, and said a crash on I-25 at McCulley Avenue is causing significant delays, and northbound lanes are closed at Exit 97A, just south of East Northern Avenue.

In addition to the northbound closure, PPD said southbound lanes are also experiencing delays due to debris from the crash. Drivers are urged to avoid the area, and use caution if you must travel near the scene, and watch for emergency crews.
