Who is Thomas Partey’s fiancée Janine Mackson?

Janine Mackson is engaged to Ghanaian footballer Thomas Partey, who currently plays for Arsenal in the Premier League.

She is a British-born model, social media personality and influencer.

The 30-year-old is signed up to the Body London modelling agency.

As of September 19, 2024, Janine has over 17,000 followers on Instagram.

Despite dating a top footballer and working in the public eye, Janine keeps her personal information very private.

Thomas and Janine’s relationship history

According to reports, they got together sometime in 2022 — but decided to keep their romance under wraps.

In June 2023, Janine visited Ghana, where she was introduced to Thomas’ family.

The couple’s relationship gained public attention in October 2023 when Janine announced her pregnancy on Instagram.

She shared photos of her baby bump, celebrating what she described as a “new beginning” for the couple, bringing their previously private relationship into the spotlight.

Do Thomas and Janine have children?

On January 23, 2024, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

Janine shared the news on her Instagram page, posting a picture of their newborn in a cot with both parents’ hands reaching out to the baby.

She captioned the image with the words “The biggest blessing”, expressing their joy at becoming parents.

Thomas also re-shared the announcement on his own account, confirming the news to his followers.

So far the couple has not publicly revealed their baby girl’s name.

Are Janine and Thomas married?

Their relationship progressed through yet another milestone in May 2024, when Thomas proposed to Janine.

The engagement came just three months after the birth of their daughter, further solidifying their commitment to each other.

Thomas proposed to Janine on Friday, May 24, 2024, while they were on holiday.

Although neither of them revealed the location of their romantic trip, the footballer got down on one knee to a beautiful beach backdrop at sunset.

The couple then shared a lovely dinner together, which was set up at the beachside after the proposal.

Thomas popped the question just five days after Arsenal lost the 2023/24 Premier League title to Manchester City.

Janine shared pictures of the romantic occasion on her Instagram stories, showing the beach proposal and her engagement ring.

What happened to MAFS’s Ella Morgan and Celebs Go Dating star Alex after filming revealed – as series ends TONIGHT

CELEBS Go Dating has seemingly struck gold this series – with Ella Morgan completely loved up with one of her matches.

On the series, the Married At First Sight UK star has been seen enjoying a string of dates with eligible men, but one has now officially stolen her heart.

We can reveal that, ahead of the Celebs Go Dating finale tonight, Ella has been going strong with Alex since they first met.

They’ve even now gone official away from the cameras, with Ella bringing Alex along to the latest MAFS UK launch last week.

A source told The Sun: “Ella and Alex have been inseparable since they met on Celebs Go Dating and have remained together since filming wrapped in July.

“They’ve finally made their relationship official after Ella brought Alex as a plus one to a number of recent high-profile events, such as the Married at First Sight launch.

“Ella has told pals how happy she is and how Alex has made her laugh and feel safe compared to any other man she’s dated.

“He identities as a straight man and just sees Ella for her, as a woman, rather than a label and has been really supportive of her.

“They’ve talked about falling in love and see a future together. Ella has even introduced Alex to her family, as has he.”

Ella and Alex’s blossoming romance has been playing out on screen over the past two weeks, with the pair meeting on one of the show’s retreats.

Smitten from the outset, their bond only grew when Ella was forced to take time off from the show after falling ill, and Alex sent her flowers while she recovered.

However, another date was derailed by dating expert Paul Carrick-Brunson, who ambushed the pair with a series of Ella’s former dates.

Admitting she struggled getting used to so much female attention, she gently let down her other suitors, standing firm in her decision to stick with Alex.

This didn’t go down particularly well with a man named Reece, who she connected with at the start of her journey on the show.

She’s since called him a “red flag” because he seemed too keen, even wanting to go ‘exclusive’ with her after just two dates.

On tonight’s finale, the dating agency throws its first ever pool party to signal the end of the series – and Alex has a surprise in store for Ella.

However, just as things look solid for them, an unexpected face from the past resurfaces, leaving Ella in a tricky situation – and an apology may be in order.

Celebs Go Dating airs tonight on Channel 4 and is available on Channel 4 On Demand.

Telling AI voices from humans ‘will soon be nearly impossible’ but ‘chit-chat’ trick lets you instantly expose evil bots

ARTIFICIAL intelligence is getting better so fast that it will soon be “nearly impossible” to tell fake voices from real ones.

Experts told The Sun that massive advancements in AI voice “deepfakes” risk sparking a surge in costly scams – and shared some conversational tricks to help you stay safe.

Artificial intelligence is now eerily good at replicating human voices[/caption]

AI voices are now extremely convincing – and “deepfake audio” tech can even “clone” the voices of friends or loved ones in seconds.

You might receive a phone call asking for some quick cash from someone that sounds just like your husband or wife – but it’s actually a dastardly crook using AI cloning tech.

And even if you think you couldn’t be fooled right now, AI tech will only get smarter.

“It will get increasingly difficult to tell the difference between bots and humans in text chats and voice calls, but not impossible,” said security expert Paul Bischoff, speaking to The Sun.

“Humans will adapt and learn how to spot them in a conversation,” explained Paul, a consumer privacy advocate at Comparitech.

“Such as by using safe phrases and prodding the suspected AI with unexpected prompts.”

But he warned that this would only work in a two-way conversation.

If you can’t speak directly to the AI and you’re just receive a voice message, it becomes much harder.

“When there’s no way for the user to prompt the AI, telling the difference is more difficult,” Paul explained.

“It will soon become nearly impossible to tell the difference between a real human voice and an AI-generated one in a pre-recorded message or voicemail, for example.

“Video still has a bit further to go because our eyes are generally sharper than our ears, so artifacts are more easily spotted.”

STAY SAFE FROM EVIL AI

The good news is that there are lots of ways to fend off AI attacks – beyond just trying to listen out for strange vocal quirks.

Usually if it’s an AI system operated by an official company, you’ll know right away that you’re talking to a robot.

“When AI tools like chatbots and voice agents are used for good, it is easy to tell that you are speaking to an AI – because they will tell you,” said Jamie Beckland, the chief product officer at cyber-security firm APIContext, speaking to The Sun.

DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR

The Sun’s tech expert Sean Keach reveals why old tricks are the best way to beat new tech…

There’s no way to escape the fact that AI is here – and it’s going to be abused by scammers.

They’ll use it to make their swindles more convincing.

And it’ll help crooks carry out cons on many more people at record speed.

But ultimately, the AI scams use the same classic tricks to deceive you as regular ones.

So just remember to be wary if someone is asking you for money urgently.

If someone wants sensitive info from you, is there a good reason for it? And are you sure you’re talking to the right person?

Verify that you’re chatting with who you think you are – and don’t be afraid to call a friend, family member, or business directly to check about a request for money.

Watch out for bold claims or people trying to trigger emotions like fear, greed, or even love.

Don’t get too caught up on worrying about whether a scammer is using AI or not – just focus on whether questions you’re being asked make sense, and if there’s a good chance you’re being scammed.

Often the best course of action is patience. Take your time when someone is making sensitive requests over the phone. Hang up, walk away, collect yourself, and even consider consulting with a loved one first.

If something seems suspicious, you’re probably not wrong.

“Good actors know that transparency is key, and their AI systems are designed to disclose that you are speaking to an AI.

“Scammers and hackers have a different agenda, of course.”

So if you’re worried that you’re talking to a voice-cloning scammer on the phone, there’s an easy trick to expose them.

It basically involves having a “chit-chat” with the bot to see if you can confuse it.

Above all, trust your gut. If something seems off, hang up.

Jamie Becklandcybersecurity expert

And if you ask for a video call, you’re even likelier to scupper a cyber-criminal.

“If you are concerned about being scammed, ask the other person to move from a phone call to a video call,” Jamie told us.

“Deepfake tools will continue to be brittle and need to be configured. Adding video throws scammers off their game.

“Also, make sure you include some natural chit chat in your conversation, where you can gauge responses to non sequiturs.

Artificial intelligence is now widely available – including through popular tools like OpenAI’s ChatGPT app, which can be used for free[/caption]

“And be alert for any audio background noise, which is used to cover up limitations in how natural an AI voice sounds.

“Above all, trust your gut. If something seems off, hang up.”

Lewis Hamilton slams FIA president for ‘racial element’ in criticism that compared swearing drivers to rappers

LEWIS HAMILTON reignited his feud with Mohammed Ben Sulayem by saying there was a “racial element” to his comments comparing swearing drivers to rappers.

The FIA president has asked F1 to limit the amount of swearing, usually from drivers over team radio, on TV coverage of races.

Ben Sulayem compared swearing drivers to rappers[/caption]

Ben Sulayem said: “We have to differentiate between our sport – motorsport – and rap music. We’re not rappers, you know.

“They say the F-word how many times per minute? We are not on that. That’s them and we are [us].”

Ahead of this weekend’s Singapore Grand Prix, Hamilton said: “I don’t like how he’s expressed it.

“Saying ‘rappers’ is very stereotypical and if you think about it, most rappers are black. So really pointed it towards we’re not like them.

“So I think that was the wrong choice of words. There’s a racial element there.”

Hamilton did understand Ben Sulayem’s wider point, saying: “You forget that there are kids that are listening. So I agree in that sense.”

Max Verstappen also snapped back after he was cautioned over swearing in a press conference.

The Red Bull driver said his RB20 car was “f**ked” which led host Tom Clarkson to remind the world champion to watch his language.

CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO WELCOME OFFERS

Verstappen said: “I sometimes swear, that’s true, but that will apply to everyone in this room.

“Insulting someone is something else.

“We are unlucky that it is all broadcast and people can then pick it up.

“The car is f***ed – can’t I say that? “How old are we, five or six years old? That is ridiculous.

“And even if children of that age watch this, when they get a bit older they will probably also use a swear word when they are with their friends.”

This is not the first time drivers and Ben Sulayem have locked horns, with his feud with Hamilton long-standing.

The seven-time world champion slammed new rules about wearing jewellery in his Mercedes cockpit in 2022.

Hamilton was forced to remove his nose stud ahead of the 2022 British Grand Prix.

He was then granted an FIA medical exemption to wear the piercings following “concerns about disfigurement” the following season.

Ben Sulayem also fined Hamilton £42,000 for failing to attend the FIA’s prize-giving gala in the days after his defeat to Verstappen in the 2021 season finale in Abu Dhabi.

The Brit supported Susie Wolff, the F1 Academy managing director, in her legal dispute against Ben Sulayem.

Wolff lodged a case against the FIA following its conflict of interest inquiry into her last year, which was dropped after two days.

We’ve got 4 kids in 4 different schools & it’s so hectic, says Abbey Clancy – & the intense mum task that makes it worse

ABBEY Clancy shared an insight into her family’s busy life as she discussed her kids’ school schedule.

The 38-year-old model discussed her “hectic” routine with husband Peter Crouch, 43.

The couple explained how having four children at four different schools has been ‘hectic’ and ‘intense’[/caption]

The pair broke down their “intense” schedule on the latest episode of their podcast The Therapy Crouch.

When the couple were asked how it has been having their kids back to school, Abbey summed it up as “hectic.”

Abbey shares daughters Sophia Ruby, 13, and Liberty Rose, nine, and sons Johnny, six, and Jack, five, with her former footballer husband.

The couple regularly share glimpses into their family life on their social media platforms, and joked about how busy their routines now all their kids are in school.

“It’s really intense having four kids in four different schools,” Abbey explained.

Not only does the set-up require numerous drop-offs and pick-ups for the parents, it also means Abbey is part of four different WhatsApp groups for school mums.

The couple said that they spend most days “delivering children around different places.”

They reflected fondly on the days when it was just their oldest child who had so many extra curricular activities to attend.

“Obviously with the big age gap with Sophia it was [just] ferrying one around but now it’s impossible,” Abbey explained.

“Thank God we’ve got friends in the area whose kids are doing the same thing so we can share it.”

While Peter added that he actually enjoys attending his kids hobbies, such as his daughter’s netball games, Abbey pointed out that it’s the process of getting them out of the house that is the difficult part.

“It’s the murder before netball, having a meltdown about the outfit, Liberty’s outfit, she’s hysterical, it’s ridiculous,” Abbey said.

“If you’ve [only] got one child or two, I envy you, or if you have none,” joked Peter.

Their producer joked that the pair are like “proper soccer moms with all the kids in the back of the van.”

Abbey and Peter also praised the good weather for keeping them sane on the school holidays.

Different parenting techniques

Here are some widely recognised methods:

Authoritative Parenting
This technique will often foster independence, self-discipline, and high self-esteem in children.
It is often considered the most effective, this technique is where parents set clear expectations – enforcing rules – whilst also showing warmth and support.

Authoritarian Parenting
This is opposite to authoritative parenting, as it is where the parent sets high demands but is low on responsiveness.
It involves ensuring the child is obedient and often employ punitive measures. While this can lead to disciplined behaviour, it may also result in lower self-esteem and social skills in children.

Permissive Parenting
Permissive parents tend to be indulgent and lenient, often taking on a role more akin to a friend than an authority figure. They are highly responsive but lack demandingness, granting children a lot of freedom. This method can nurture creativity and a free-spirited nature but may also result in poor self-regulation and difficulties with authority.

Uninvolved Parenting
Uninvolved or neglectful parenting is marked by low responsiveness and low demands. Parents in this category offer minimal guidance, nurturing, or attention. This often leaves children feeling neglected, which can have significant negative effects on their emotional and social development.

Helicopter Parenting
Helicopter parents are extremely involved and overprotective, frequently micromanaging their children’s lives. Although their goal is to protect and support, this approach can hinder a child’s ability to develop independence and problem-solving skills.

Free-Range Parenting
Free-range parenting encourages children to explore and learn from their surroundings with minimal parental interference. This method promotes independence and resilience but requires a safe and supportive environment to be successful.

Attachment Parenting
According to Marriage.com, Attachment parenting focuses on physical closeness and emotional bonding, often through practices such as co-sleeping and baby-wearing. This approach aims to create secure attachments and emotional well-being, but demands significant time and emotional commitment from parents.
Each of these parenting techniques has its own set of strengths and weaknesses. The key is to find a balanced approach that aligns with the family’s values and meets the child’s needs for a healthy, happy upbringing.

“We’ve been so lucky with the weather, it’s been great so we’re up and out,” Abbey explained.

“The kids have been doing all their fun stuff, I’ve really enjoyed [it].”

Peter added that their children’s busy weekend schedules is actually a blessing in disguise.

“I actually enjoy that part of our life now,” he explained to their listeners.

“The whole weekend is taken care of.”
