CITY OF TROY was labelled ‘faultless’ and ‘impressive’ as he came from last to cruise home in his crucial Southwell workout.

The Derby, Coral-Eclipse and Juddmonte-winning superstar is aiming to become the first horse ever to win the Epsom feature and Breeders’ Cup Classic.

Jason Weaver said for Sky Sports Racing: “That was extremely comfortable, wasn’t it?

“They didn’t hang around. They went a proper gallop early on down the back.

“One of the lead horses was completely cooked coming around that top turn.”

Moment plain-clothes cop threatens to pepper spray commuters & is accused of pushing child in clip sparking outrage

THIS is the shocking moment that sparked outrage as a plain-clothes police officer threatened to pepper spray commuters.

Captured at Stratford Station in London, the footage shows the man ready to use the illegal substance as he aims it directly at onlookers, ready to deploy with his thumb poised on the top of the canister.

The British Transport Police (BTP) have confirmed that the man in the video was employed and actively working on an “anti-robbery operation” when he was filmed.

Many have flocked to social media to express their concern over the aggressive behaviour with the man ordering those nearby “you better back off now” and threatening them, “I’ll spray you”.

One user on X, formerly known as Twitter, posted the video questioning the intention of those videoed: “I didn’t think the BTP had those sorts of powers?”

Another user said: “Doubtful he is BTP, they wouldn’t act like that.”

Someone else commented: “I don’t live in London, and if I was confronted by this I genuinely would not believe this person was a police officer?

“Is It normal now for them to look so panicked and out of control? I would panic.”

A third said: “I’m finding it hard to believe he’s legit. If so then they’re scraping the barrel to recruit.”

Another wrote: “He did no wrong”.

Whilst others seem to be in support of the man’s work, believing that the current climate of the city warrants a need for such enforcement.

Someone commented: “You can’t blame officers being overcautious with the amount of stabbings happening in London. I can’t criticise.”

Another acknowledged the lack of context the footage allows viewers.

They said: “Without being there or seeing what happened before the tape started we can’t say.

“My guess is he was right. The situation was getting out of control and he had to stop it.”

In one part of the video, the armed man says that he is a “police officer”.

However, a member of the public was quick to respond: “You’re not a police office you’re a BTP.”

When approached for comment, a spokesperson for BTP said: “We are aware of a video posted on social media showing part of an incident involving a plain-clothes British Transport Police officer outside Stratford railway station.

“On 15 September, officers deployed on an anti-robbery operation had stopped a person who was acting suspiciously.

“A small group of people became hostile towards the officers and began to obstruct the search.

“The man was then taken into the station where he could be searched safely.

“The footage has been shared with our Professional Standards Department for review.”

Figures show that Stratford underground station was the fifth busiest in the UK back in 2022.

Found in East London, the railway clocked up 44,136,784 passengers entering and leaving the station the year after.

It holds key links as it is a stop on the Elizabeth line and the London Overground.

Hollyoaks beauty unrecognisable with huge snake tattoo 12 years after sexy calendar shoot

Despite her surprise new image, Melissa, 34, looks ever-gorgeous in posts shared to her 176k followers on Instagram.

Following her massive success in the Channel 4 soap, she’s living a quieter, more private life these days as a female leadership coach and love mentor.

The former actress married Ryan Wells, a Royal Navy Air Force pilot, in 2012 and they share a young son together, with a baby girl on the way.

In her latest video on the platform, Melissa is seen beaming with joy after using a pink-dyed cake for a gender reveal.

And, in another, she’s seen cosying up to her partner in their new home of Austin, Texas.

Melissa also revealed the reason for her stunning inking, saying it represents “transformation and reclaiming feminine power”.

The serpent, she explained, reflects her journey through healing and personal growth, much like the snake shedding its skin to “embrace the new”.

The Coventry-native trained at Bablake School and Stratford-upon-Avon College and had her first brush with fame appearing alongside Julie Walters in Filth: The Mary Whitehouse Story.

She joined Hollyoaks Later in 2008, impressing fans with her dedication, even taking pole-dancing lessons for her character, Loretta Jones.

After impressing producers with her performance, 18-year-old Melissa was promoted to the main show in 2009.

Loretta’s dark backstory, involving her being a former child killer, stirred controversy, and Walton exited the soap in 2010.

During her time on the show, she posed for the Hollyoaks Babes calendar and some other underwear shoots.

Beyond her breakout role, she’s also appeared in Doctors and Coronation Street.

The fledgling actress first began struggling with an eating disorder at the age of 17 and previously told the Express she “immediately started comparing myself to the other girls” at her performing arts college in Stratford-upon-Avon.

But her soap role only exacerbated her disordered eating and Melissa became “obsessed with how I looked on TV” and would “agonise about my figure.”

Since leaving the show, Melissa has campaigned to raise awareness for eating disorders and has trained as a health and eating psychology coach.

In 2016, she wrote her first book The Goddess Revolution to help other eating disorder sufferers using her personal experience.
