Huge 90s popstar looks unrecognisable a decade after quitting fame for a quiet life
A NINTIES boyband sensation looked worlds away from his days at the top of the charts as he enjoyed a low-key outing in London.
The former pop music heartthrob quit being a member of one of Britain’s best-loved bands around a decade ago in order to enjoy a life away from the spotlight.
Jason Orange, formerly of Take That fame, looked unrecognisable from his singing days as he sported grey hair while running a series of errands in St. John’s Wood, London.
The 54-year-old sported a stubble beard that was totally different from his clean-shaven image he had during his time in the pop band.
Jason rose to fame alongside his bandmates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Robbie Williams and Howard Donald when Take That stormed the charts in the 90s.
However, he opted to quit the band and shun fame entirely in the hopes of a quieter life in 2014.
Despite this, it seems that Jason still enjoys the finer things in life as he was photographed enjoying an al-fresco drink at A-list haunt The Ivy.
He arrived at the venue in his very own classic Mercedes and appeared to be carrying an item of clothing from Autograph as he sat down for a drink at the famous bar and restaurant.
He wore a simple black shirt with the top few buttons undone as he appeared to be loving life on his casual outing.
Jason also opted to bring a pair of black shades along for the outing.
However, he was soon slapped with a parking ticket during his day out as he could be seen removing it from the windshield of his car before he headed off home.
Jason has remained largely off-grid since he decided to walk away from the group and has not undertaken any public-facing work since deciding to call it a day and retire from the entertainment industry.
However, he is understood to still be sitting atop a very pretty fortune with his estimated net worth from his earnings in the band believed to be £24 million.
Speculation has always surrounded the band and the ‘real’ reason for Jason’s departure.
Speaking last year, Mark Owen told The Times that it was simply the best decision for Jason.
The singer told the publication: “I think Jason felt like he didn’t want to do it any more. But I’m not going to speak for him. He’s still here anyway.
“The other day we were trying to work out who the best joke-teller in the band is and remembered how Jason always laughed before he got to the punchline.”
Howard Donald also opened up about Jason back in 2018 where he admitted then that all contact had seemingly been cut between Jason and his former bandmates.
Howard told the Mirror: “Jason has gone off the grid.

FOMMER Leinster and Ireland coach Joe Schmidt’s Australia came up on the wrong side of a 31-28 scoreboard against New Zealand on Saturday.

Wallabies centre Len Ikitau had a try ruled out for a knock on in the 73rd minute before fullback Tom Wright finally touched down for Australia’s fourth try.
But the Aussies ran out of time and were a score behind with three minutes to go in the thrilling contest.
But the former Ireland coach was proud of his side for their efforts after the contest.
“We really rolled our sleeves up in the second half, but the reality is they could’ve had more of a margin on the scoreboard if they didn’t miss a couple of chances,” said Schmidt.
“We’ve got to be realistic about that. We lost the Test match. We can’t finish a close second.
“There’s some things to be proud about… the way we were building our way back into the game. But you give New Zealand a start like that, it’s too tough to overcome that.”
“Although his team came very close to clinching a victory.
“They were outplayed in most facets of play with New Zealand coming out on top of the breakdown and lineout battle while the Wallabies made nearly double the amount of tackles.
“Once it became tight, we probably had a few chances that we didn’t put away,” he said.
“But pleased with the way we dug in, to build our way back.”
A 21st Rugby Championship title will not happen for All Blacks after a home loss to Argentina and two away to South Africa.
But Scott Robertson’s side face the Wallabies again in Wellington next week in the final series of games before BOTH sides make their trip to Ireland for the November internationals.

LIFE WAS just a bunch of Cherries for Arne Slot once more as his side climbed to the top of the table.

Kepa took a walk on the wild side and got stranded outside his area, leaving Diaz to utilise his flashing feet with a dart that left him for dead and Ronald Araujo had no chance as he tried to cover the blunder.
Liverpool went direct again, Trent Alexander–Arnold this time driving forward through acres of opposition space.
His pass to the far edge of the box was high precision as was Diaz’s second finish, cutting to his right before firing low into the corner.
At the point it was job done for Slot, although Mo Salah might have collected a brace himself while Chiesa so nearly crowned his Anfield debut in style only for his shot to hit woodwork.
