Chelsea remain interested in Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran[/caption]
Toffees manager Sean Dyche has already admitted that his club’s difficult financial situation means all his players are up for grabs for the right price.
Striker DCL, in the last year of his contract and with no sign of him agreeing a new deal, would be difficult for his club to hold onto.
And that could be for £20million or less – half the current value of Brentford’s England front man Toney.
Another player on Chelsea’s radar is Brighton’s Evan Ferguson.
He was strongly linked with a Stamford Bridge move last year and is yet to make an appearance under new boss Fabian Hurzeler.
Finally, Chelsea could consider a late return for Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran.
The player held talks with Blues chiefs after a £40million bid for submitted earlier this summer.
He then looked set for a move to West Ham but remains at Villa Park.

CHELSEA face some leggy nights after learning their Europa Conference League fate as they prepare for the new look competition.
The Blues are the last of the Premier League contingent to learn who they will play in Europe this season.
Chelsea have discovered their opponents for the Europa Conference League[/caption]
The Conference League league phase starts in October[/caption]
But unlike their English counterparts in the Champions League and Europa League, Enzo Maresca’s side will play just six games in the league phase of the third-tier European competition.
Chelsea were drawn against one team from each of the six pots, rather than the two seen in the draws of the Champions League and Europa League.
The Stamford Bridge outfit themselves were placed in pot 1 and will host Belgium side Gent from the same pot.
Elsewhere, they will host Irish side Shamrock Rovers and Noah FC from Armenia.
Despite knowing their opponents, they will not find out the date they will play each team until tomorrow.
The Conference League league phase will begin on October 3 and end on December 19.
Chelsea squeezed into the competition after edging out Swiss minnows Servette 3-2 on aggregate despite losing 2-1 in the second leg last night.

Vinnie, 59, has now revealed that he is set to return to the show and said filming commences early next year.

“I rang Guy Ritchie and said, ‘What do you think?” He said, ‘Yeah, I think it’s time! We start The Gentlemen in March.”
The series, which was created by Guy Ritchie, gained a cult audience when it dropped on Netflix in March.
It starred Vinnie Jones, Theo James, Kaya Scodelario and Daniel Ings as Theo’s character Eddie unexpectedly inherited his father’s country estate.
