Artem Chigvintsev celebrated wedding anniversary with ex-WWE star wife Nikki Bella days before domestic violence arrest

FORMER Strictly pro Artem Chigvintsev marked his two-year wedding anniversary with wife Nikki just days before he was arrested for domestic violence.

Chigvintsev, 42, was held over domestic battery charges and later released on bail after an emergency medical call was made to police.

The Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing with the Stars alum was arrested on Thursday morning in Napa, California, after a 9-1-1 call was made over a “medical emergency”.

The victim has not yet been named and few details about the felony arrest have been shared.

Three days ago he shared two photos from his wedding to Nikki Garcia – better known as WWE star Nikki Bella – writing: “Happy anniversary my love.

“Can’t see my life with out you. You are my everything.”

Chigvintsev was taken to Napa County Department yesterday with his bail set at £19,000, before he was released later the same day.

An insider told TMZ that paramedics never made it to the location in Yountville where the call was made as they were called off en route.

Officer Henry Wofford from the Napa County Sheriff told NBC that a felony domestic violence arrest is usually made when suspected injuries are visible to cops at the scene.

He later told the Daily Mail: “When it comes to felony domestic violence, it’s not based on hearsay. The deputies saw something that is apparent.

“I’m not telling you this is what happened in this particular case, but sometimes there would be evidence of blood, sometimes scratches, sometimes it’s bruises.

“It’s something visible where the deputies said, ‘OK, we’re making this arrest.”

Award-winning dancer Chigvintsev won Strictly in 2010 with his celeb partner Kara Tointon.

He also appeared on the show with actress Holly Valance and TV presenter Fern Britton in 2012.

The TV star has been accused of threatening “to kill”  one of his former celebrity dance partners years before yesterday’s arrest.

Reports resurfaced surrounding claims made by his former Strictly co-star Fern Britton.

The pair danced together on the BBC show in 2012 and finished in 10th place – Chigvintsev’s worst performance on the programme.

Fern previously told The Huffington Post: “He would look at my feet and just kick me or shove me.

“He was like, ‘Shut your face. Go home before I kill you’.”

In 2017 Chigvintsev moved from Strictly to DWTS where he was partnered with his future wife Nikki.

The pair married in August 2022 and share a son who was born in 2020.

Chigvintsev was released from jail on Thursday afternoon, records online show.

Having been booked in for domestic violence charges does not mean he has been formally charged.

The Napa district attorney office said it does not yet have the case but will review it at a later date – when a decision on possible charges will be made.

Officer Wofford said details about the victim and any relationship between them were being kept private.

You're Not Alone

EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide

It doesn’t discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society – from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.

It’s the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.

And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.

Yet it’s rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.

That is why The Sun launched the You’re Not Alone campaign.

The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.

Let’s all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others… You’re Not Alone.

If you, or anyone you know, needs help dealing with mental health problems, the following organisations provide support:

I’m a ‘barefooter’ – I get in trouble in stores but footwear isn’t natural

She figures she’s free to be barefoot anywhere that a sign doesn’t ban it, but it’s caused problems.

“I just really consider myself an everyday barefooter, a relatable one, because I’m not living in extreme cold or hiking up mountains,” she said.

Mara stopped wearing shoes in 2022 and said her balance has improved since then
The Amazing Mara

Mara, 30, spoke exclusively to The U.S. Sun about going barefoot as a mother of five.

“Since I was a kid, I’ve always enjoyed being barefoot,” the Texas resident said.

“As I got older, I realized it was more socially unacceptable to not wear shoes.”

In 2022, Mara made the decision to “go full-time and give up on shoes.”

“At first, it was scary to go out in public and know that people are looking at you. Then I just built up thick skin, you know, literally and figuratively,” she joked.

“I was able to just do it and not care what anybody thinks.”

Mara summed up the initial reaction of her friends and family as one of confusion.

“Everybody just asked, ‘Are you sure? That’s gross, that’s weird,'” she said.

She recalled them asking her if she could go into stores without getting in trouble.

Mara did her homework, noting the entry requirements for the public spaces she frequented.

“I read a lot of the signs beforehand. So in hardware stores, it’s posted, [that] you have to wear shoes, but a lot of other places, like a grocery store, they don’t have any signage saying it is required,” she said.

“I always pay attention to that because I don’t want to get any businesses in trouble and I don’t want to get in trouble myself.”

Mara revealed that she has had trouble before despite no signage requiring her to wear shoes.

“It was a bookstore, which was so weird to me,” she said.

“I went into Barnes & Noble and sometimes if they don’t have anything posted, I’ll just ask [what their policy is].

At the California airport they said it was the policy when walking on and off the airplane that you had to wear shoes

Mara

“They said I couldn’t be in there barefoot because they had another person walking barefoot, and they tracked mud everywhere and left footprints.”

Another time she had an issue was when she was taking a domestic flight from California to Texas.

“I usually pack [a pair] in a carrier just in case, but I didn’t [that time], and at the California airport they said it was the policy when walking on and off the airplane that you had to wear shoes,” she explained.

“So that’s a lesson learned, I will bring shoes with me to the airport because that was stressful, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to fly.”

While she has had countless conversations with employees about her barefooting lifestyle, Mara said no stranger has ever broached the subject.

Mara looks up every store’s policy on shoes before she enters while barefoot
The Amazing Mara

However, that doesn’t mean her unique lifestyle goes unnoticed in public.

“I watch people double-take or look back,” she said.

Some of Mara’s children have also embraced barefooting in public, particularly her eldest.

“She loves to be barefoot, she’s 11 and she’ll go barefoot in stores or barefoot wherever she can,” she said.

“That’s cool for me because she’s embracing something that I enjoy but I don’t think all of my kids will follow that lifestyle.”

Shoes are bulky, I trip over my own feet more when I wear shoes just because it’s not natural.

Mara

Mara even saved some of her favorite pairs of shoes for when her children are older.

“I donated a bunch because they were just gathering dust,” she said.

“I have my pair of flip-flops that I’ll wear out on hot days, and then a pair of close-toed shoes that’s pretty much it.”

Mara recently purchased a pair of heels for a friend’s wedding, which she quickly discarded once she hit the dancefloor on the big day.

She described the physical changes she has noticed since she embarked on her barefoot lifestyle.

Mara almost missed a flight after forgetting to pack shoes in her carry-on to wear while boarding
The Amazing Mara

“I feel like my feet have just been stronger and I felt more balanced,” she said.

“Shoes are bulky, I trip over my own feet more when I wear shoes just because it’s not natural.

“It’s just this added weight and you have shoes like heels, they’re just heavy.”

As well as having more ease while walking, Mara said she is now more aware of her surroundings as she keeps an eye out for any potential hazards.

According to Mara, the most common misconception is that she might injure herself.

“I guess people just think it’s unsafe, they just always think you’re going to step on a needle or in some glass.

“That’s the thing people get hung up on and it’s just not a common thing that I see on the ground.”

She explained that she keeps a pair of flip-flops in her car, despite driving barefoot, in case she is involved in a wreck that would require her to step over broken glass.

Her flip-flops also help her combat scalding sidewalks during the hot Texas summers.

Mara has been documenting her barefoot journey on her TikTok account @TheAmazingMara, where she’s building a following with her “relatable” content.

“I just really consider myself an everyday barefooter, a relatable one, because I’m not living in extreme cold or hiking up mountains,” she said.

“I’m just doing daily things like going to the grocery store or going on a walk, nothing extravagant [just showing] it’s still doable in a city.”

People think this UK park is straight out of Canada with huge forest and waterfall trails

THE Hafren Forest in Wales has been likened to a national park in Canada by visitors thanks to its stunning views and walking routes.

Planted by the Forest Commission in the 1930s, visitors flock to the Welsh forest throughout the year.

Parks in Canada (pictured) also have broadwalks to make them more accessible[/caption]

In recent months, several of those visitors have taken to social media to compare Hafren Forest to Canada.

Earlier this year, Instagram-user JessieAnnLewis wrote: “A hidden gem, Hafren Forest is a short drive from the mid Wales town of Llanidloes and well worth a visit.

“The boardwalk not far from the carpark looks like something out of a Canadian postcard.”

Meanwhile, Tom and Leanne, who are known as Adventure Amore on Instagram, added: “This walk showcases some of the most amazing scenery Wales has to offer and the views you get on this stunning walk immediately will have your thoughts drifting away to pine forests of Canada or Alaska.”

Named after the River Severn, which flows through Hafren Forest, the Welsh forest is home to waterfall walks and forest trails.

The trails are marked from the car park, with visitors able to walk to the source of the River Severn, which lies just outside the boundary of the forest.

Other walking trails like the Severn-Break-its-Neck take ramblers through a wildflower meadow with a broadwalk section.

The route crosses a footbridge where the River Severn floods down a gully and forms a waterfall.

Visitors can then return to the car park on a forest road.

Other walking routes include Cascades Walk, a short 30-minute walk that follows a sloping path from the car park to the broadwalk.

There are other trails holidaymakers can follow, including Blaen Hafren Falls Trail and the Source of the Severn Trail.

Visitors have praised Hafren Forest on TripAdvisor, with one person writing: “A beautiful place with many scenic walks”.

Another added: “I have to say Hafren Forest is probably one of the picturesque places I have ever been to.

“We have seen many places similar to this up and down the country, but this place is stunning.”

Hafren Forest is six miles west of Llanidloes – a small town in the heart of Wales.

There are plenty of other stunning woodlands and forests in the UK that British holidaymakers can visit.

Other forests to visit in the UK

One of those places is the New Forest National Park.

Set across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire in Southwest England, The New Forest National Park is home to wild ponies, deer, hiking trails, and its very own theme park.

The summer is the best time to visit, with highs of 21C often forecast.

The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire is a former royal forest, dating back to before the Norman Conquest in 1066.

However, it’s more recently become known as a popular tourist hotspot, especially for movie buffs looking to find some of their favourite filming locations.

Among them is Puzzlewood, a part of the forest known for its twisted trees, rickety bridges and more than a mile of winding pathways.

Perhaps most famously, it was used as a location for the filming of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Inside the UK's free ‘indoor rainforest’

Exploring the Amazon rainforest or going on an adventure in the jungles of Borneo might seem like impossible dreams for some.

But at the heart of a UK city there’s a huge rainforest-like attraction, with hundreds of exotic plant species, that can be visited for free.

The Barbican conservatory in London is described as both a “utopia” and “a favourite” place for those living in the capital.

The indoor garden is the second largest conservatory in the city, but it doesn’t cost anything to enter, with guests able to meander around its walkways and paths at their leisure.

Small terrapins and exotic fish can be seen swimming in ponds inside, adding to the feeling that you’re in a tropical landscape.

Meanwhile, a national park in Wales has been likened to New Zealand by visitors.

And these are the best campsites to visit in the UK.

Watch the wholesome video montage where dad interviews his daughter every first day of school… from nursery to age 17

A DAD has shared a heart-warming video montage of interviews he conducted with his daughter on every first day of school from nursery all the way up to her late teenage years.

Ray Petelin, 47, posted the wholesome collection of clips capturing his daughter Elizabeth on every first day of school, starting from her early years of nursery to age 17.

The montage has taken the internet by storm, with fellow parents thanking Ray for the wholesome idea

Asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, young Elizabeth told her dad, a meteorologist for Pittsburgh’s KDKA, she aspired to become a ”doctor”.

However, as the years went on, the girl’s dreams and career aspirations changed – from teacher, to magician, to waitress, to performing open-heart surgeries, to helping people recover as a physical therapist, to ”a million things”.

Since sharing the heart-warming montage on X – formerly known as Twitter – the 47-year-old father has also spoken to Daily Mail about the idea behind the wholesome concept.

He told the publication: ”I wanted to interview Elizabeth before her first day of kindergarten, so I could show her how much she changed when she became a senior in high school.

”The next year, I noticed how much she changed just between kindergarten and first grade, so I decided to interview her again.”

This, he explained, is when it became an annual tradition – although Elizabeth wasn’t always too keen to take part.

According to Ray, who’s also posted the adorable footage on Instagram, the daughter ”was really into the interview” – but as she entered the teenage phase, there was some pushback.

The dad explained that when the girl was in her fifth and sixth grades, she thought the interviews were ”lame” – however, the back-then teenager still participated.

Ray said: ”Once she got into seventh grade, I think she realized how special this was to me.

”I really think that’s when it became important and special to Elizabeth, too.”

Now in her final year of school, Elizabeth is beyond grateful her dad came up with the idea and persisted with it throughout the years.

The wholesome video montage – over a minute-long – has taken the internet by storm, winning the father-daughter duo more than an astronomical 200,000 likes.

Many parents responded that they wanted to do something similar for their own children.

”This is awesome and makes me totally want to do this for my daughter. She’s starting a daycare in a couple weeks,” one X user said.

Another chimed in: ”My first starts day care in a few weeks. Will be doing this!”

Should parents get back to school boxes for their kids?

I'VE seen them all over my FYP.

But I can assure you that I will NOT be getting my 10-year-old son and six-year-old daughter back to school boxes.

Not only have us parents had to get through six weeks of holidays – with many of us working as well – we’ve had to shell out for days out, a never-ending amount of food and things to keep them entertained.

Then we have to pay for a whole new set of uniform, new shoes – which can cost upwards of £50 a pop – and even stationery.

So why on earth do they need a back to school bag?

I also treat my kids to a new lunchbox and school backpack each year, so that’s their present for going back to school – and that’s plenty.

But I won’t say no to a back to school box for the parents!

After all, we’ve done an amazing job.

By Sarah Bull, Senior Digital Reporter

After going viral on the platform, Ray said that together with Elizabeth the wholesome pair have been doing a weekly science/education segment that’s titled ”Hey Ray!” for KDKA for years now.

The proud father told Daily Mail that Elizabeth ”sort of grew up in front of our viewers on KDKA-TV” and that fellow residents of Pittsburgh ”would love to see her growing up in that video”.

The pair, as well as Ray’s wife Rachel, ”are still shocked with how quickly and how far this special tradition” has spread across the internet.

”If we’re going to go viral for something, I’m glad it’s for being a loving family,” he said, fondly.

Molly-Mae’s ‘forced smile’ shows true feelings about Tommy split as she fights to ‘repair brand’, body language pro says

MOLLY-MAE Hague’s “forced smile” and “eyelid flutter” in her new YouTube video show her true feelings about her split with Tommy Fury, a body language expert has said.

The Love Island winners’ seemingly fairy-tale romance ended earlier this month, after Molly, 25 shocked fans with an emotional social media announcement.

Tommy Fury said he was heartbroken in his latest Instagram post[/caption]

The stars, who share daughter Bambi, one, were engaged to be married, and a distraught Molly said that she “never imagined” that their relationship would end like this.

The break-up has been shrouded with claims that Tommy, 25, cheated on his fiancée, whilst on a lads holiday in Macedonia.

And now Molly has posted a new YouTube video, addressing the split.

She said: “It’s not something I want to go into.

“He is Bambi’s dad and I will always value him, and respect him and always have a lot of love for him.”

On fan expectations, she continued: “This is real life, it is not drama, it is not tea, it is not a publicity stunt – as much as I wish it was.

“This is real life and it’s very sad and it’s very deep and it just doesn’t feel right for me to come on here and talk about it.”

Body language Judi James said that the video tells us a lot about Molly’s true feelings about the split.

She told Fabulous: “The video ‘chat’ seems to prove the fact that a celebrity split is often best left to PR releases, because Molly’s mixed messages about things being ‘blown out of proportion’ and the classic ‘I will always value him, respect him and have a lot of love for him’ are probably best served minus the body language signals, especially so soon after a split.

“A written line about ‘We remain best friends’ is often easier, but Molly Mae also has a brand to repair as well as an army of loving ‘best friend’ fans who have followed every breath of her relationship with Tommy to date and like all real best friends will be concerned for an intimate update.

“Molly also talks too much here to enable herself to look comfortable or congruent.

“Even her greeting smile of ‘Hey guys’ is clearly forced but with an attempt to look chirpy and back on brand upbeat.

“There’s no smile visible in her eye expression and her mouth looks keen to curl down at the corners, with the asymmetric hiking up of one side of her mouth suggesting an inner battle.

“She uses an incongruent beaked hand precision gesture when telling the camera she hasn’t ‘made a plan’. There is a dismissive air-quote gesture as she says she’s not ‘spilling the tea’ here.

“When she says ‘to be honest with you’ her dramatic eyelid flutter or stutter signals an acute desire to hide or hide her emotions from the camera.”

Judi added that Molly tried to use “mild humour” to raise the mood, but said that this comes across as nothing more than window dressing.

She added: “Behind the almost jolly smiles there are at least three moments when she pauses after referring to the ’last two weeks being very very real’ and her eyes roll upward with more of the eyelid fluttering as she does a very large swallow as though fighting back tears.

Timeline of Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury's split

After five years together, Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury split up in August 2024.

At around 4pm on Wednesday, August 14, Molly-Mae and Tommy suffer an explosive showdown and Molly-Mae announces her split from fiancé Tommy Fury, saying ‘ I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way’.

An hour later Tommy shares a separate and brief statement confirming they have parted ways, and thanks Molly-Mae for making him ‘a dad’.

The real reason they split emerges and on Thursday, August 15 The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae learned Tommy had cheated on her – leading to an explosive showdown.

On Saturday, August 17, The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae had been sent an upsetting video showing Tommy kissing a girl in a nightclub in North Macedonia on a lads holiday.

Exactly one week after the split a Danish woman accused of getting close to Tommy speaks to The Sun. On Wednesday, August 21, she denies she is the girl who kissed Tommy.

“Molly mimes ‘pushing forward’ to signal how keen she is to get back to business and go on with her usual day job.

“Her repeated clapping of her hands or slapping of her hands on her legs look and sound like a clapper-board announcement ritual to herself and her fans to finish with the past and move onward to the future. But she also performs a praying hand gesture that suggests sadder emotions.

“There is a micro-sneer of disgust or rejection when she says she doesn’t want to discuss things publicly.

“She does manage to hold her emotional responses or leakage together though when she talks about Tommy, using words like ‘respect’, ‘Value him’ and ‘I will obviously always have a lot of love for him’ without looking over-incongruent, which might even hint to fans of the couple that there is some chance of a re-kindle.”

Molly and Tommy both returned to Instagram this week, after keeping a low profile following their split.

In the picture posted by Molly, she is seen staring into the distance whilst relaxing at a log cabin.

“Thank you for being the best online friends I could’ve ever wished for”, the caption reads.

Shortly after this picture was posted, Tommy shared a similar picture, of him looking off into the distance whilst tying his shoes.

“These last few weeks have been heart-breaking.

“The false allegations about me have been horrendous, thank you to everybody who has stood by me through this.”

Judi said that the pictures almost “mirror” each other, and suggest the the former couple are missing each other.

She said: “Both Tommy and Molly are shown in a reflective mood with their eyes cast away from the camera. Both knew they were being photographed so this gesture must be deliberate. It suggests sad reflection.

“Molly looks lonely in her photo and Tommy looks chastened and upset. If they wanted to say they were missing each other this looks like a potent way to do it.

“Tommy has even posed looking sad lacing his trainers, as though he’s going through the motions of working out in the gym but his heart isn’t in it.

“This is a totally different vibe from his other poses carrying Bambi or walking with friends that appeared to show some resilience. Both these photos could be captioned ‘I’m miserable without you’.”

Watch Lewis Hamilton’s potential successor Antonelli fail Mercedes audition with HUGE blunder in Italian GP practice

LEWIS HAMILTON’S potential successor Andrea Kimi Antonelli suffered a huge crash in the Mercedes car during a practice session at the Italian Grand Prix.

Italian Antonelli, 18, is on the verge of being announced as George Russell’s team-mate next year after impressing in the Silver Arrows’ junior set-up.

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff confirmed earlier this month Max Verstappen will not be signing for them next year, leaving the door open for the young prodigy.

But Antonelli‘s bid to seal his seat suffered a blow on Friday afternoon when he crashed during his stint in the first practice session at Monza.

He spun out just 10 minutes into P1 and crashed into the wall as a red flag was waved.

Antonelli got out of the car and walked away seemingly unscathed after apologising to the team on the radio.

In response, Wolff replied: “Kimi, all good. All good, Kimi.”

Antonelli, who has been with Mercedes since he was 11 years of age, was touted as one of a number of candidates to replace Hamilton after the seven-time champion announced he would be joining Ferrari in 2025.

Driving the Mercedes car in front of his home fans will have been a special moment for the teenager.

And Wolff said: “Qualifying with Kimi in Monza will be emotional because we have followed him since he was 11.

“Having an Italian kid in a competitive car, everybody in Italy can be  proud.”

Antonelli began karting at the age of just seven and won the CIK-FIA Karting European Champion in both 2020 and 2021.

He then made his debut in single-seaters for Prema Racing in the Italian F4 Championship three weeks after turning 15.

He has a number of wins to his name in F4, along with the 2023 Formula Regional European Championship.

Antonelli is also currently contesting the Formula 2 Championship for Prema.

Wolff has said of him: “Since working together, Kimi has ticked all the boxes.

“But not only that, I really like him as a boy, and as a personality, and he has a fantastic family environment around him that helps him always keep his feet on the ground.

“He has a great talent and can count on the important values that come from his family.”

Black Myth Wukong might have an exclusivity deal with PlayStation meaning devs lied to fans

BLACK Myth: Wukong has been a huge success, selling 10million copies in the first three days, something virtually unheard of when it comes to debut games.

It is currently the biggest game in the world with 2.5million concurrent players on Steam at its peak.

a man is being attacked by a large white bear
GameScience
Black Myth: Wukong is currently the most popular game in the world[/caption]

What is even more surprising about Black Myth: Wukong’s sales, is that it is currently only available on two platforms: PC and PS5.

Developer GameScience claims that an Xbox version for Xbox Series X|S is in development, but it is still being optimised for the consoles.

An FAQ on the game’s page reads: “We are currently optimising the Xbox Series X|S version to meet our quality standards, so it won’t release simultaneously with the other platforms.

“We apologise for the delay and aim to minimise the wait for Xbox users. We will announce the release date as soon as it meets our quality standards.”

Xbox demands feature parity between its powerful Series X and budget Series S consoles, which has previously caused delays for other games.

Most notably 2023’s Game of the Year, Baldur’s Gate 3, was delayed on Xbox due to issues implementing split screen co-op play.

However, a new report from IGN claims that GameScience has signed a secret exclusivity deal with Sony so that Black Myth: Wukong is a timed-exclusive on PlayStation.

IGN claims that this information was told to them via anonymous sources and so it is impossible to verify.

However, Xbox previously made a statement about the delay of Black Myth: Wukong that mentions exclusivity deals long before this report came to light.

In June Microsoft commented: “We’re excited for the launch of Black Myth: Wukong on Xbox Series X|S and are working with GameScience to bring the game to our platforms.

“We can’t comment on the deals made by our partners with other platform holders, but we remain focused on making Xbox the best platform for gamers, and great games are at the centre of that.”

As Microsoft made these comments two months before the report, it could be that there was an exclusivity deal already in place at this time.

Black Myth: Wukong is out now for PS5 and PC, and while it is still slated to launch on Xbox Series X|S, a release date for this version has not been given.

The annual game is set to return to the home of the Big Mac on September 4 and promises players everything from cash to free food.

Those who wish to take part in the Monopoly game collect stickers from their food packaging that represent train stations or colour co-ordinated road names – much like the classic game.

But not all menu items are worth the same amount, and this determines how you redeem a prize.

For example, instant win food prizes can be redeemed at any McDonald’s branch by handing the token over at the counter when you order.

You’ll need to hand the game pieces over to a member of staff when you collect your meal.

There are thousands of prizes to be won including £100k in cash and an electric car.

What are the rare McDonald’s Monopoly pieces in 2024?

The rarest Monopoly piece is Mayfair with only five of these stickers up for grabs.

Four of these much desired Mayfair stickers will be concealed in your favourite food packaging, and one will be hidden on the app as part of the Double Peel game.

If you are interested in playing and manage to get your hands on this specific sticker then keep a close eye on it.

This is because you can win £100k if you find one.

The Sun recently published a whole piece on the rare sticker here

Up next is Regent Street , which is green in colour.

Only 21 people will have a chance to get their hands on this piece.

McDonald’s confirmed 20 of these stickers will be on menu items, and one will be on the Double Peel Game.

Everything you need to know...

If you get one of these you could win an MINI Electric car.

McDonald’s is also giving away a holiday worth £2,000 with Jet 2 as part of the game.

To win this you must find the Leicester Square piece, which is yellow.

Only 80 of these stickers are in circulation, so if you find one it might be worth holding on tight to it.

A total of 75 of these pieces will be hidden on the fast-food giant’s menu items and five will be on the app based game.

The Double Peel game lets users peel another sticker every time you earn yourself a property in the McDonald’s Monopoly game.

Once you’ve purchased an item and peeled a sticker, you need to head to the McDonald’s app and bank a property by scanning the sticker.

What other rare pieces should you look out for?

There is a lot of other prizes punters can get their hands on if they find the below rare pieces.

  • Strand (Red sticker) – Merlin Annual Pass for Four – 235 prizes
  • Bow Street (Orange sticker) – JBL Audio Bundle – 205 prizes
  • Pall Mall (Hot Pink sticker) -Hisense TV + Soundbar – 600 prizes
  • Kings Cross Station (Train Icon) -£200 free train credit -2,010 prizes
  • The Angel, Islington (Light Blue)- £100 Experience Day provided by Virgin Experience – 5,650 prizes

If you do not get your hands on any of these don’t worry, there are plenty of other prizes you can win on instant peel.

You can read the full list of prizes up for grabs here.

It is also worth keeping in mind that not every item on the McDonald’s menu item has a peelable sticker on it.

You will find McDonald Monopoly stickers on the below items:

  • 0.4 & 0.5 Cold Cups
  • Medium and Large Fries
  • Three and five piece Chicken Selects
  • Philly Cheese Stack
  • Chicken Big Mac
  • Large Salad Tray
  • Cheese Sharebox
  • McPlant
  • McSpicy
  • McCrispy
  • Mozzarella Dipper Bag
  • 0.3 & 0.4 Blended Ice
  • Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry and Twix Caramel McFlurry

Be aware that the game only runs for six weeks starting September 4.

So if you buy any of these items past October 15, it will not feature a sticker and you cannot win anything.

How to save money at McDonald’s

You might not think it, but you can end up being charged more solely based on the McDonald’s restaurant you choose.

Research by The Sun found a Big Mac meal can be up to 30p cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart from each other.

Meanwhile, you can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 by filling in a feedback survey found on any old McDonald’s receipt.

The receipt should come with a 12-digit code which you can enter into the Food for Thought website alongside your submitted survey.

You’ll then receive a five-digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

Make sure you check out all the various apps and platforms if you’re ordering McDonald’s to your home too.

Our research found some can charge up to £1.20 more than others.

I biohacked my way to a better body, hair, and skin – it’s not just for rich men, my best tips are free or under $5

YOU can biohack your way to being hotter for less than $10, according to an expert.

Aggie Lal was suffering from hair loss and had a “puffy face” before she found the “lazy person’s way to stay fit and healthy without putting much effort in.”

Certified nutrition coach Lal, 36, was a “hardcode vegan” for seven years — but in her early thirties, she realized it just wasn’t working for her.

“My hair was falling out in patches,” she told The U.S. Sun.

“I had alopecia, which causes quite embarrassing bald patches all over your head.

“Two things that impact women the most are hair and skin.

“I had a bloated, had a puffy face, couldn’t sleep, and had anxiety attacks.

“I was thinking, ‘There has to be a better way to live. I’m sicker than my parents and I’m still super young.’”

Having read all of the books and listened to the podcasts by the founder of biohacking Dave Asprey, Lal eventually met him at an event.

WHAT IS BIOHACKING, EXACTLY?

Lal, who lives in Los Angeles, said biohacking is a term used to describe science and technology that helps to extend your life.

However, she has a different interpretation of the word.

“My personal definition of biohacking would be: it’s a lazy person’s way to stay fit and healthy without putting much effort in by using science to their advantage,” she said.

There’s a misconception that biohacking is only for “white rich men” over 40.

Lal hopes to bring more female representation by sharing budget-friendly ways to manage health using science on YouTube, where she has over 78,000 subscribers.

DO IT FOR CHEAP

“There are natural ways to detoxify your body,” she insisted.

“Dry brushing, for example, or tongue scraping every morning, having apple cider vinegar — everything that I just mentioned is under $5 and allows you to detoxify.

“You can make your own teas, dandelion, and burdock and all of these things to support that process.

Red light is great, but you can spend 10 minutes in the sun.

Aggie Lal

“You don’t have to go super high-tech and spend a lot of money.

“For every grounding mat, you literally have to stand barefoot outside for the exact same benefits in two minutes.

“Red light is great, but you can spend 10 minutes in the sun.

“Cold plunge is amazing but you can take a cold shower and that’s enough for women.

“In fact, for a lot of women, cold plunging isn’t as good for our hormones.

Lal said she no longer blends her fruit for smoothies and avoids cooking with seed oils

“Put a ball of ice on your face to restore your vagus nerve — it’s very good for your skin, just don’t get frostbite.”

Lal learned from Chinese medicine and Ayurveda that the body should be kept cool.

She said people who naturally always feel hot, sweaty, and anxious may need to use cooling techniques more frequently to get the benefits.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

As a vegan, Lal was “basically on a liquid diet” with smoothies, processed foods, and vegan versions of cheeses while avoiding fat and meat.

She hasn’t looked back since overhauling her diet in June 2020.

“The moment I got into biohacking I told myself I’m going to start eating meat a little bit at least,” she said.

“The benefits were pretty immediate, I felt like my body just got plugged into power.”

Lal said she eats much more now than when she was vegan but is mindful of how she prepares her food, avoiding see oils and blended fruit that can cause glucose spikes.

“These small changes have given me so much energy,” she said.

SIMPLE SKINCARE

Lal would spend an excessive amount of money on skincare products before she began biohacking.

Younge Goose’s pricey moisturizer has remained a staple in her daily routine.

However, she started experimenting with natural products after discovering the impact endocrine disruptors have on hormones.

“I needed to stop bombarding my body with toxins,” she said.

What is are endocrine disruptors?

According to Medical News Today, endocrine disruptors are substances found in cosmetics, food, packaging, and certain chemicals.

They disturb the body’s system responsible for producing hormones which can lead to issues such as cancer, infertility, obesity, and diabetes.

Experts recommend using products that don’t have chemicals, but as endocrine disruptors are found in water, air, diet, and skin contact it’s impossible to completely avoid them.

“Now I wake up in the morning and spend at least 10 to 15 minutes outside or do some sort of grounding.

“Whether it’s sitting on my balcony or going outside with my dog for a walk.”

Managing stress is one of her key focuses for healthy skin and avoiding sickness.

“I always say that the morning routine starts in the evening,” she said.

“So by 6 pm, I let my phone die, chill, and have an early dinner.

“I do anything that relaxes me instead of sitting on my phone till 10 pm as that would lead to bad sleep.”

Lal said she doesn’t check her mobile after 6 pm as she focuses on relaxation for a good night’s sleep

HYDRATION HEROES

Lal has replaced her morning coffee with mineral-infused water that has a pinch of sea salt.

She said minerals are equally important as vitamins but the soil in which our food is grown is “super depleted” in them.

“I have this black thing called shilajit, which is volcanic and full of 86 minerals,” she said.

“It gives me so much energy and I still have my coffee because I love it, but not from a place of, ‘Oh my God, I will not wake up.’”

Once your body releases a toxin, your hair gets better and your energy is better and everything is better.

Aggie Lal

Lal drinks up to 5 liters of water daily but believes the quality is more important than the quantity.

After filtering water, she recommends adding a pinch of good-quality sea salt.

“I’m like a water connoisseur, I stopped drinking alcohol and got really into water.”

BEAUTY BOOSTERS

Lal revealed her daily supplements include natural herbs sold by her own company.

Among them is a natural detoxifier made from dandelion root and fennel seed.

Supplements support the body after it’s been bombarded with toxins in “hairsprays, perfumes, and dishwashing liquid” as well as air pollution.

“I do everything I can to help my body detox,” she said.

“Once your body releases a toxin, your hair gets better and your energy is better and everything is better.

“And usually toxins get stored in the fat cells and it’s a spiral that makes it hard to lose weight and have energy,” she said.

FIT FOR LIFE

Before biohacking, Lal would exercise six days a week including Barry’s Bootcamp and F45 classes.

She now uses a timer on her phone to stretch and move her body throughout the day and avoids sitting for long periods.

“I work out three times a week and instead of doing any sort of conditioning or soul cycle or whatever, I just do heavy weights,” she said.

“I try to lift as heavy as possible for about 30 minutes, three times a week.

“That’s enough for me to feel stronger and build muscle.”

Aggie Lal shares more affordable biohacking tips in her book available on Amazon.
