What is Anthony Joshua’s net worth?

Anthony Joshua nets millions every time he steps between the ropes, and is set for a giant pay-day when he faces off against Daniel Dubois on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

Forbes claim the former unified heavyweight champ has earned a staggering £56.7million ($75million) in the ring in 2024 alone, making him No.16 in their world’s highest-paid athletes for the year.

He was ranked No.28 in 2023, when they reported that the fighter earned a $53Million (£41million).

The British former champion pocketed a reported £15m alone from his blockbuster Wembley clash with Wladimir Klitschko in 2017.

And Joshua’s victory against Joseph Parker a year later saw him take home a little bit less in £13m.

However, AJ went on to collect a whopping £66m when he reclaimed his WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO titles against Andy Ruiz in December 2019.

Before walking home with a reported combined total of £75m after his disappointing defeats to Oleksandr Usyk in 2021 and 2022.

In Joshua’s fight against Jermain Franklin, he walked away with a cool £10m, the same figure he earned for his seven round domination of Robert Helenius in August.

He then snagged another £10million for dismantling Otto Wallin in December 2023.

And for his most recent outing, the massive crossover fight with Francis Ngannou, he earned an estimated he will earn a further £40m for the second round knockout.

And that does not factor in potential pay-per-view and additional bonuses.

Away from the ring, AJ — who has a £1 million car collection — is one of the most marketable athletes in boxing and has major sponsorship deals with Under Amour, Lucozade, Beats, and Hugo Boss.

In 2021, before consecutive defeats to Usyk, AJ was earning over £8million annually from sponsorship and endorsement deals — which were worked through his own management firm, 258 Marketing Group — although that figure has since declined.

All in all, Joshua’s career earnings reportedly total a mouth-watering £219million ($291million).

Joshua vs Dubois fight predictions

THIS weekend Wembley will witness one of the biggest all-British fights of all-time.

But who will emerge victorious under the famous arch? Some of the biggest names in boxing have been having their say…

Oleksandr Usyk: “My favourite is Anthony Joshua but I am very bad at predictions. But I will predict Anthony Joshua.”

Dillian Whyte: “I just think that it’s one of those fights where it is a genuine 50/50 fight in my opinion.”

Joe Joyce: “I was initially edging with Joshua but I don’t know, Dubois is coming on.”

Frazer Clarke: “As heavy-handed as Dubois is and as good a fighter as he’s becoming, I still have to go for Joshua.”

Francis Ngannou: “Even though Joshua lost against Usyk twice and Dubois fought Usyk and almost knocked him down and almost won, I would still give this to Joshua.”
