Noel and Liam Gallagher to secretly reunite in stunning location ahead of reunion tour

THE Gallagher brothers will prove they have ended their feud with an Oasis reunion meet-up at a holiday home which once belonged to Noel Edmunds.

Insiders told The Sun Noel is flying out to the south of France to visit Liam, who now owns the sunshine pad.

After the brothers announced they had put their long-held differences aside for a comeback tour, Liam, 51, flew off to the French Riviera chateau where Mr Blobby star Edmunds, 75, used to top up his tan.

The singer flew out with mother Peggy, fiancee Debbie Gwyther and his rescue dog Buttons,

Noel, 57, remained in London but pals say he is now heading out the six-bedroom gaff to join him — in what is a dream come true for their mum, 81.

A source said: “Peggy is over the moon that her boys have finally kissed and made up after over a decade of not talking. She has remained close to both and never took sides in their row.

“The prospect of them all being together on holiday is a dream come true.”

Noel himself revealed at the start of the month he was jetting out to the South of France.

Appearing on the Matt Morgan podcast, he said: “I’ll be all over the place on holiday. I’m going to the South of France for a week and then I’m going to Ibiza for a week and then I’m back in London for a week and then I’m going to Greece for a couple of weeks and then maybe off to LA to see some friends.”

The Mancunian brothers patched things up months ago in a series of late night calls, with the reunion confirmed behind the scenes as early as April.

Noel was seen on a shopping trip yesterday and could not help but make a quip about the feud.

Fan Steve Sheward, who recorded the encounter and shared it on X/Twitter, chats with Noel and tells his four kids: “This is Noel, this is dad’s legendary band.”

One of his sons asks: “Why did you fall out with your brother?”

Noel cheekily replied: “Why did I fall out with him? Because he stole my teddy bear. He stole it, in 1978.”

With fans clamouring for tickets this morning, The Sun can reveal Stockport indie band Blossoms have officially signed on to support Oasis at their four Heaton Park gigs in Manchester in July.

A source said: “Noel and Liam and Blossoms have been friends for years and with the band also coming from Manchester, asking them to support Oasis was a no brainer.

“It will be announced in due course but Blossoms have agreed to support Oasis at their Heaton park shows – naturally they jumped at the chance.”

Band set for stage

THE charts clash between Oasis and Blur will be retold in a new West End stage play.

The show, called The Battle, will chart the rivalry between the Britpop giants, beginning in 1995 when both released singles on the same day.

Actors have already been scouted to fill key roles like the Gallagher brothers and Damon Albarn ahead of a 2025 debut for the show.

Producer Simon Friend said: “At the time, the amazing thing was: you were either Blur or Oasis.

“You couldn’t be both, which to me, it feels like brilliant drama.”

Neither band was asked to partner with the play. Simon added that it was intentional to avoid the story being “sanitised”.
